  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Pat salmon dry. Rub with oil and seasonings.

  3. Place skin-side down in basket.

  4. Air fry 7–9 minutes (no flip needed).

  5. Salmon should flake easily.

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs (Bone-In or Boneless)

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on or boneless/skinless)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder
    (optional: pinch of cayenne or chili powder)

Instructions (Skin-On / Bone-In – BEST for crisp)

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  2. Pat thighs completely dry (very important).

  3. Rub with oil and season all sides.

  4. Place skin-side down in basket.

  5. Air fry 10 minutes.

  6. Flip skin-side up and cook 8–10 more minutes.

  7. Internal temp: 170–175°F (thighs stay juicy at higher temp).

  1. Preheat to 380°F.
  2. Season and oil chicken.

Instructions

  • Air fry at 400°F for 12–16 minutes

  • Shake basket every 5 minutes
